Details about Additional Contingent Charges payable as Given below:
[These Charges arise only in the event of Default committed in Repayment, otherwise does not arise at all- regular repayment made will relieve the borrower from paying all these charges-ALSO SEE KFS ANNEXURE A and B]

A] Fixed Penalty for default in repayment of any EMI on its due date shown in annexure 1 [Not to be capitalized for charging interest on it]:10% of the defaulted EMI amount in each case of EMI defaults plus applicable GST on it. [We, in our sole discretion offer a concession in the form of a grace period of 3 days for repayment of EMI -for the last 3 EMIs] This is exclusive of actual ENACH bounce charges applicable on bounces

B] interest for delayed payments: No overdue or penal interest is charged by us in strict compliance with extant RBI revised guidelines. Permitted penalty only is charged as shown in [A] above. Also note, any defaulted monthly EMI amount/amounts/interest on defaulted amounts is added to the original loan Principal and additional monthly compounded interest is charged on that defaulted amount [ defaulted amount added to Principal for calculating interest on it] on the following or next EMI due date/s for actual defaulted days and amount at the same contracted rate till it is repaid fully during the loan tenure as contained under RBI circulars on the subject
matter [ for details, you may refer RBI circulars dated 18/08/2023, 29-12-2023& clarifications thereon given on 15-01-2024].

C] If loan is not closed on the expiry of loan tenure, thereafter contracted rate of interest is no longer applicable, any loan outstanding [total defaulted balance] will attract monthly compounded interest @3% per month till the loan is fully closed but without prejudices for initiating recovery action deemed fit by us.

D] Bounce charges on ENACH mandate / Cheque: per instance of ENACH bounce Rupees. 900/- and Rupees. 1000/- cheque bounce plus 18% GST on it.

E] Regd. Notice charges [a] Issued demanding of defaulted amounts [b] ENACH/ /cheque Bounce notice under Section 138 of N.I.Act .
Each demand notice Rupees. 500/-plus applicable GST, ENACH or CHEQUE bounce notice issued under Section 138 of N.I. Act. Rupees. 1500/-plus applicable GST. [Notice to co borrowers if sent, charges extra]
